Daily equipment maintenance of heat pump dryer
The working capacity of the heat pump dryer is related to the environment in which it is used. After one year of continuous use, the interior of the heat pump dryer unit may become dirty and the working capacity will decrease. Therefore, special equipment inspection and equipment maintenance must be carried out. For this kind of inspection and maintenance work, it is recommended that you contact the heat pump dryer manufacturer or its maintenance department. Users should pay attention when using and maintaining this unit: all safety protection devices in the unit are set before leaving the factory, and do not adjust it by yourself.
1. Always check whether the valves of the indoor and outdoor units of the heat pump and heat pump dryer are normal or not leaking, so as to avoid the reduction of the refrigerant in the system and the reduction of the circulation volume, which will affect the heating capacity of the unit and the reliability of the unit operation.
2. The surroundings of the heat pump and heat pump dryer unit should be kept clean, dry and well ventilated. Regularly clean (2-3 months) the air-side heat exchanger to maintain a good heat exchange effect.
3. Always check the working conditions of each component of the unit, check whether there is oil pollution at the inflation valve of the pipe joint in the unit, and ensure that the refrigerant of the unit does not leak.
4. Do not stack sundries around the heat pump and heat pump dryer unit to avoid blocking the air inlet and outlet. The surrounding area of the unit should be kept clean, dry and well ventilated.
5. In winter (the ambient temperature is below 02°C), if you suspend use, you should cut off the power supply and put on a protective cover. When running again, perform a comprehensive inspection of the system before starting it up.
6. When the unit fails and the user cannot solve it, please call the maintenance department of our company so that we can send someone to repair it in time.
7. Keep the working environment and equipment clean and dry to prevent sun and rain.
8. Ensure that the long-term voltage of the power supply line is stable, safe and reliable.
9. The correct operation of the heat pump and heat pump dryer should be operated, managed, maintained and recorded by special personnel.
10. Before running the equipment, check whether the machine has any abnormal phenomenon. If there is any abnormality, it must be eliminated before starting the operation.
11. If the equipment is not used for a long time, turn off the power supply, clean the whole machine and motor, and take measures to prevent rain and dust.
12. Regularly clean the dust attached to the heat exchanger in the air duct to maintain efficient heat exchange capacity.
13. Only use various spare parts provided by the original factory. All heat pump and heat pump dryer operation and maintenance items specified in this manual must be carried out in strict accordance with the specified time and frequency.
