1. Different tree species or the same tree species with different moisture content and different thickness should try to avoid drying in the same kiln.
2. When stacking, it should be ensured that the stacking is stable and vertical up and down to prevent tilting and collapsing.
3. Adjacent stacks should ensure that the same level is straight, and the circulating airflow can smoothly pass through the gap between the plates, which is conducive to the exchange of moisture and heat.
4. When stacking, pay attention to the safety of the instruments in the kiln to avoid collision.
5. When stacking, a concrete block should be placed at the top of the stack to prevent the surface of the stack from deforming. When there is no concrete block, 2-3 layers of poor-quality boards can be placed on the top of the stack instead.
6. The selection of moisture content measurement points must ensure that the test plate can represent the moisture content of the whole kiln plate. Generally, the highest moisture content plate is used as the test plate, and it is placed about 1 meter away from the ground.
7. According to the technical indicators of the drying kiln, maximize the rational use of the space in the kiln to ensure that the air speed in the kiln is uniform and smooth.
