Operational execution of drying process
1. Operators must truly record real-time indoor wet and dry bulb temperature and moisture content data to provide a true and reliable basis for adjusting the drying process.
2. After the kiln and heat pump dryer are installed, first turn on the heating, and then wait until the temperature reaches the target temperature before turning on the fan to reduce the ineffective operation time of the fan.
3. Adjustment of indoor temperature and air humidity should refer to the requirements of the drying process and adjust the settings in a timely manner. Operators should strictly follow the requirements of the drying process. Drastic heating and cooling will produce thermal stress inside the wood, which may lead to cracking, deformation and other undesirable phenomena in the wood.
4. Check at any time whether the heat pump, temperature, and ventilation fan are operating well, and whether the temperature and humidity sensor and electrical control system indicator lights are normal. If any abnormality occurs, it should be reported and repaired immediately to avoid losses.
