Then, the air in the entire furnace box is circulated by the thermal circulation fan inside the equipment. The high temperature combined with air circulation can achieve a drying effect that everyone can imagine.
The steam generation system on the equipment can generate a large amount of hot steam. We transport this high-temperature steam through pipelines to the drying box and spray steam treatment on the large wood. The advantage of this is that it can quickly heat up the wood from the inside out, and some fine and dense wood will not have cracks, deformation, and other problems due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction. Moreover, through high-temperature heating, It is also possible to burn all the borers and insect eggs inside the wood, thus eliminating the potential hazards of wood products. The design of large wood drying is very rational, considering not only the efficiency, cost, and workload of the equipment, but also retaining some surplus and additional components.
