Wood Drying Kiln Heating System
The heating system consists of electric heating valve, stainless steel aluminum compound fin radiator, stop valve and pipeline system. The conduction medium of the heating system is steam. Dn40 stainless steel pipe is used for the steam inlet pipe and DN25 stainless steel pipe is used for the return water pipe, which can effectively speed up the drying speed and shorten the drying cycle. Through the connection of the process pipeline, the electric valve in the system controls the flow to ensure the temperature value required by the drying process. At the same time, it is also equipped with manual ball valve to control the temperature value for the convenience of equipment maintenance and repair.
The bimetal radiator in the kiln adopts the international popular aluminum rolling plate. The base tube is made of stainless steel, which can resist the steam erosion in the tube and adapt to the requirements of different water quality to the greatest extent: it can not only effectively expand the heat transfer area, reduce the resistance in the process of heat exchange, but also prevent the corrosion of the micro acid environment in the kiln. The thermal calculation and design are carried out newly, and the heat dissipation area is increased to meet the requirements of user production.
All pipes and pipe fittings in the kiln are made of 304 stainless steel to ensure long-term stable operation in the environment of slight acid.
