Before the wood drying kiln is used, a comprehensive and detailed inspection of its shell and equipment must be carried out to ensure the normal operation of the drying process. The specific inspection contents are as follows:(5)The operation of the drying process is carried out.
1. The operator must truly record the real-time indoor wet and dry bulb temperature and moisture content data to provide a real and reliable basis for the adjustment of the drying process.
2. After the wood drying chamber is installed, first turn on the heating switch, and then turn on the fan when the boiler temperature reaches between 100 °C and 110 °C to reduce the ineffective operation time of the fan.
3. The adjustment of indoor temperature and air humidity should refer to the requirements of the drying process, and adjust the switch settings of the circulating pump and the intake and exhaust windows. The operator should operate in strict accordance with the requirements of the drying process. Thermal stress is generated inside the wood, which can seriously lead to undesired phenomena such as cracking and deformation of the wood.
4. Check whether the boiler pressure, temperature, ventilation fan and circulating pump are running well, whether the wet bulb water tank is full, and whether the indicator light of the electrical kiln control system is normal. If there is any abnormal situation, it should be reported and repaired immediately to avoid losses.
