Aluminum High Temperature ToleranCe Fan Motor

The features of the fan:

1. The fan is made of aluminum alloy with accurate die casting, stable in processing and quieter.

2. The fan is with resistance high temperature and high moisture protection.

3. The fan has the advantage of large air volume, high wind pressure, positive & negative operation.

We have adopted the 3KW motor of high temperature-resistant, grade H of safety level, and efficient fans of casting aluminum alloy; the configuration is designed according to the kiln width in order to scientifically  guarantee the wind velocity between the board plates around 1.5-2.0m/s.

The optimum model of kiln is adopted with circulating fans located on the upper side of the kiln .The No. 8 fan is aluminum molded with big air volume and high efficiency. The electrical power for a single fan is only 3.0Kw so that the energy consuming and the drying cost can be substantially lowered. 

As the symmetrical blades can ensure the same amount of the air volume and the air pressure no matter the fan is in normal direction of rotation or in contra rotation, the reversible fan guarantees the uniformity of air velocity and air temperature at the cross sections of the stack so that the uniformity of the wood moisture content at the cross section of the stack is greatly improved.
