Brick-concrete structure drying room
The brick-concrete structure of the traditional drying room shell is low in cost and easy to build. However, there are some problems in the use of brick-concrete structure shells, such as poor corrosion resistance and cracking of the shell. In particular, the cracking of the shell not only increases the heat loss of the drying chamber, reduces the airtightness, and accelerates the destruction of the shell due to the intrusion of corrosive gases, but also seriously affects the normal use of the drying chamber. Therefore, precautions must be taken in the design and construction of the shell.
The specific design and construction requirements of each part of the brick-concrete structure shell are as follows:
1. The foundation. The wood drying room is a single-story building with a small span, but the process requires no cracking. Therefore, the foundation must have good stability and uneven settlement is not allowed.
2. Wall. In order to strengthen the overall firmness, the large and medium-sized drying rooms are best to adopt a frame structure, that is, the four corners of the shell are connected with the foundation ring beam, the floor ring beam, the door frame and the roof ring beam with reinforced concrete columns. For multiple conjoined drying rooms, every 2-4 rooms should be a unit, and 20mm expansion joints should be left in the middle of the partition walls between the units, which should be fully disconnected from the foundation to the roof. After the asphalt hemp silk is embedded in the wall seam, the surface is treated normally, and the layer seam is treated as the warehouse seam.
3. The roof. The roof, also known as the ceiling, should use cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs instead of prefabricated hollow-core slabs. The cast-in-place slab is used for thermal insulation and waterproof roofing.
4. The ground. The dry indoor ground is generally divided into four layers: the base layer is compacted with plain soil; 300mm thick slag insulation layer; 100mm thick gravel cushion (or lime, gravel, slag composite soil cushion); 120mm thick 150# plain concrete surface layer .
5. Anti-corrosion treatment of the shell surface. The inner surface treatment of the brick-concrete shell is usually divided into two layers. The first layer is waterproof mortar plaster; the second layer is painted with anti-corrosion paint. Anti-corrosion coatings for drying rooms require high temperature resistance, good aging resistance, strong adhesion and convenient painting.
