Precautions for stacking and loading into kilns: 1. Different tree species or the same tree species with different moisture content and thickness should be avoided from drying in the same kiln as much as possible.2. When stacking, ensure that the stack is stable, vertical up and down, and prevent tilting and collapse. 3. Adjacent stacks should ensure that the same level is straight, and the circulating airflow can smoothly pass through the gaps between the boards, which is conducive to heat and moisture exchange. 4. When stacking, attention should be paid to the safety of the instruments inside the kiln to avoid collisions. 5. When stacking, concrete blocks should be placed at the top of the stack Z to prevent deformation of the surface of the stack material. If there are no concrete blocks, 2-3 layers of low-quality boards can be placed on top of the stack Z to replace them. 6. The selection of moisture content measurement points must ensure that the test panel can represent the moisture content of the entire kiln board. Generally, Z-high moisture content boards are used as test panels and placed about 1 meter above the ground. 7. According to the technical specifications of the drying kiln, Z maximizes the rational use of the space inside the kiln, ensuring uniform and smooth wind speed inside the kiln.
