Temperature and humidity sensor calibration: Ensure the accuracy of the sensor for precise control of temperature and humidity.

The heating system consists of electric heating valve, stainless steel aluminum compound fin radiator, stop valve and pipeline system. The conduction medium of the heating system is steam. Dn40 stainless steel pipe is used for the steam inlet pipe and DN25 stainless steel pipe is used for the return water pipe, which can effectively speed up the drying speed and shorten the drying cycle. Through the connection of the process pipeline, the electric valve in the system controls the flow to ensure the temperature value required by the drying process. At the same time, it is also equipped with manual ball valve to control the temperature value for the convenience of equipment maintenance and repair.

The basic principle of wood drying equipment is that the moisture in wood mainly includes natural moisture and absorbed moisture. The water present in the large capillary system composed of cell cavities is called natural water, and its amount directly affects the weight of wood without affecting its properties; The water present in the microcapillary system composed of cell walls is called adsorbed water. Its changes not only cause wood to shrink and expand, but also affect other physical and mechanical properties of wood.
